Just ran the promo for Monday's episode.. Much easier to get excited knowing it's been picked up for the full season.

no, they are picking up a full season order for this season... it is still 50/50 to get a second season.

absolutely love this show...glad it's getting a full season
maybe NBC will get smart and move it to a new time slot. hopefully that'll boost ratings and give us hope for a second season

You think football actually has anything to do with it? I didn't think MNF was doing so well.

sorkin shows are more male oriented then most dramas, so yeah i think football is hurting it.
although ill also argue that 24s return hurts it as heroes will begin to fall when jack is back, and if heroes falls as a lead in, that could hurt studio 60.
i think that csi is hurting it more than MNF

I read an excellent review of the show on MSNBC, and the writer had one really good compliant. That a show that is supposed to be about writing comedy is not talking that part very seriously. Dramas about doctors or lawyers take their professions seriously, so said the author. I would not mind more plots around making things funny, comedic timing and such what.
