User CP question

Where's the option to change the text that displays underneath your username? I used to know where it was but I can't find it for the life of me now.

I think the mods disabled that option because it was there just last night when I changed my title. It was located under User CP then Edit Profile.

Can anyone tell me why I can't change my profile pic? It shows my new profile pic in the User CP, but when I go to post the old one shows up for me.

Can you not see your own sig? Just signed up and I am trying to edit sig, but it's not visible in the threads. Other's are, but not me. :(
