Some use and some dont. I love it and think it makes your bootlegs look better while in the case. I am just amazed with how big the DMB community is the lack of good or oranized coverart.

The Dylan community is a lot smaller but they have an amazing page where you can click on any year and get coverart for any show in that year. There recents ones are great. Here is the site http://www.dylanimages.com/

I wish the DMB community had something like this or this organized.

why is this thread in DMBc? it is talking about Dylan and not really about DMB.

Correct or someone to start on. Maybe even for someone to point me in the direction on a good page. The Dylan refrence was just how organized it is and well run. Seems the DMB pages I do find havent been updated in years.

I'm assuming that most of those links no longer work. This was THE DMB cover art database for many years.

noel and chris (dmbpride) had cover art for most shows in 03 and 04 as i recall. i will see if i can track down where it is now. ami was partially down for a bit over the summer, and i haven't been back since.

Yeah, it'd take time, but this community has shown an inherent ability to find people who have time to dedicate to stuff like this. Look at the boards, the almanac, etc.

I think it'd be a valuable resource for a band that has an open taping policy such as DMB.

I made gorge 05 covers, and never really put them up save for on my .mac site. If a site emerges i'd be happy to submit them....

Havent made any for 06 because i didn't sneak a camera in, and no-one responded to my requests for pictures this year...

But uhm.. yeah. great idea!

we are actually (SLOWLY) redesigning... all art will be back up hopefully within a month or two. the site is getting a COMPLETE redesign

if you need to login, go to http://www.amidreaming.org/dreamers , then go to dmbart.com

Unfortunately, half the site is on one server and the other half on another... Noel won't move it all over until I finish styling and a few more skins for it (basically, it's being held ransom to get me to design it).

I am currently working on stuff for DMB, for their tour(s) next year, so that obviously takes presidence ;) It's coming though... the only thing that could keep it down is MORE work for DMB ;)

If someone does this project, you can click the link for 9.20.2003, 7.27.2004, & 8.15.06 for art from me and I have art for the last 4 Atlanta shows in all if you want. 7.13.2005 is on my computer if anyone needs it.

you can find coverart for some audio as well as video shows here:

http://www.driveindriveout.net/index.html

and some REAL NICE ones here:

http://www.dmbrasil.net/page/cover-art.asp

i normally don´t use cover art for audio shows either, but when i saw those from the brasilian page i almost changed my mind. i think they´re very well done.
most of (the older) dates are dd-mm-yy though...

I only use cover art for my DVD's. The Traders Den.org has approximately 40 different DMB DVD covers in their covers section. One of the biggest variety of covers too, besides the usual suspects(DMB, PHISH, etc.) Most of the covers are recent and most of the older more popular shows are covered as well. Tim Brown would be guilty of putting almost all of them together. Nice work too!
