Unibroue beers are awesome. You might like Ephémère, Bill, though I must warn you that it is a little on the sweet (fruit) side. And Maudite. Maudite is gooood.

Maudite is another one he introcued me to. Liked Fin du Monde a little better, but that was pretty damn good too.

What's up with the disturbingly gothic bottles though? :lol

Delicious if you like a dark and bold beer. I prefer the traditional Lager myself.

Best beer they offer is that wonderful Porter, which just happens to be perfect on a day such as this. The rest is average but the Porter is a stellar brew.

Delicious if you like a dark and bold beer. I prefer the traditional Lager myself.yeah, it's good. Also really like Saranac's. The key, I guess, is making good lager. The major problem I have with both breweries is that they just seem to use a single lager yeast and a single ale yeast and therefore everything blends together from one style to another.
