Thought this was a good idea for a sticky at ufck. There are a lot of amazing older shows peeking their heads out thanks to the hard work of Henry Hart, Adam Nelson and others.

Shows upped date:

I'll try to keep that list up to date with the shows as Henry adds them.

11-17-96 definitely sounds like it will be well worth the listen.

This show was really difficult to track down. It's quite a good recording, so I am not sure why it was so poorly circulated.

The Seek Up opener is missing

There are some spots of static and small (1/10 sec) dropouts in Two Step.

These rare older shows have been collected and converted through a collaborative effort to get them into circulation. Sometimes these shows do not have the best sound quality (and maybe that's why they aren't circulated much to begin with), but people should have access to them.

Thanks to Mary Ann Lawry for the CD source used for the conversion.

Compiled By Adam Nelson on November 5, 2006

UPDATE by Henry Hart on 11.17.06 (that coincidence has happened to me
a lot over the years of converting shows):
I adjusted the volume levels in Cool Edit Pro v2.1 and then retracked.

NOTES:
----------
Most of this show (the first 2/3) sounds really awesome. But starting with Get In Line and for the rest of the show there is numerous static and spots of skipping.

Dave mentions the 3 Boulder, CO shows they just played (11/17, 11/18, and 11/19/94).

There is a very rudimentary Proudest Monkey tease by Dave (chords only) preceding Satellite.

The very end of Watchtower is cut off and faded out.

These rare older shows have been collected and converted through a collaborative effort to get them into circulation. Sometimes these shows do not have the best sound quality (and maybe that's why they aren't circulated much to begin with), but people should have access to them.

Thanks to Dan Pyrik for the CD source used for the conversion.

7/19/96 needs to show its face again. I lost my analog copy years ago. It was one of the most energetic shows I've ever heard, even though it was only a fairly short HORDE set.

I guess 1-27-97 got pulled because gregm found a dat source.

I'm pumped for those 96 tapes.

2-14-96 should be of better quality than the current circulated source that jon ice and I spread. I got my tapes from Adam, so this will be a gen lower.
