I really like this song. I've been lucky enough to catch it live once (6/20/03), and that version remains my favorite (don't care if it's biased or not).

Thank you very very much!

7-26-02 is still my favorite, but I haven't heard a lot of the '03 versions.

Speaking of KKJ. I was just watching the day's football highlights on NBC getting ready for Sun. Night football. What song was playing softly in the background during the highlight clips?

You betcha. KKJ. Another random DMB sighting. RCA must be pushing it hard, getting thos ASCAP royalties for DMB to make it look like they're doing something for them. Afterall...they're in crunch time with the band, contract-wise.

"you don't promote us enough, so we're going to shop around when this contract expires"

"well, have you paid attention to the royalties you've gotten this past fall/winter thanks to our promoting you with networks and sporting events?"

:upyours I was going to be "that guy" who made a thread about it, but saw there was already a thread going about the song. Phew.

I was at that show and I wouldn't say it was the best. 7-29-02 is much, much better.

I think I'm one of the few that likes this song better without lyrics. The Busted Stuff version is fantastic, live.. not so much IMO

Yeah, when I say that it reminds me of a car wreck, it's the BS version. Visually it conveys the image of two separate moments when cars crash.

i was at 7-29, and while it was solid lyric wise no doubt, the 'peak' just wasnt there
