I have been recently, here are some of the songs. JTR, Hunger For the Great Light, Louisiana Bayour, The Last Stop, Kill the King, and the Idea of You. I like to end my run on The Idea. The ending to that song is perfect.

If you listen to the right songs, the time goes by quicker.

I love JTR's breakdown on the tail end of a run.

I definately enjoy listening to dmb while working out. You should definately put a sick verision of halloween in your workout mix. Thats a good one to get you pumped up.

I do this all the time....it helps me get through my little tour listening projects.

During a current tour I try and listen to each show as they are released...most of the time in order. Right now I am doing the "Winter '98" tour. Takes a long time, but it is fun.

90 mins at the gym gets me through 50-75% of a show.

But....pace/tempo doesn't affect me much...I can listen to a slower jam while jogging or lifting.

If you are doing a cardio workout I can see listening to dmb, and I usually do. I can't listen to them while I am lifting though, need some more intense music.

DMB is pretty much all I listen to when working out. The playlist changes, but it usually includes Hello Again and DIDO from Golden Gate Park, any Halloween, any Rhyme & Reason, Nancies and Recently from 02.02.94, and Two Step from 08.26.06. I sub in fast, high-energy versions of other songs of theirs too. It makes the 45-60 minutes go by much faster!

Yeah, I rotate the Watchtowers but the one from Live Trax 2 is the best to run to in my opinion. While exercising is the only time I really listen to DMB anymore :(

#41 from the BOWA Encore disc should get you through a full routine. But I don't work out so I'll never know.

ha, yeah i did 30 minutes on the bike today to that, but only i kinda cheated and fast forwarded the start a few mins and just kept rewinding for the whole "i was flying through space but i knew it was a dream 'cuz i never flew before" and the "looove satisfy" parts.

for jogs i tend to listen to the stay from ltv1, joyride from ltv2, bowa from red rocks and then WOTR stand up stuff...a la american baby, hunger, stand up....sad rea;;y, i know.

I've always wanted to get the 12.04.2000 Halloween to listen to during workouts. Does anyone have it? Its the one with just Carter and Dave (the video is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PDRKYCPkAqU ), and is really a kickass version.

Definitely. Throw in the right DMB and Radiohead songs together, and you're set.

I used to hit the eliptical with music but I found that I'm actually more productive if I have nothing or if I turn the TV on and just listen. I want too much to sing along if there's music.
