This week's Business Week has a tiny bit of DMBc...

On the article about Best Buy's "No fixed schedules, mandatory meetings...etc"-policy, they mention this guy who does his job at best buy while following DMB on tour. They've got a pic of him in his bed with a laptop and DMB shirt on, on the first page of the article.

"...In the retail training department, e-learning specialist Mark Wells was spending his days bombing around the country following rocker Dave Matthews."

Not anything special, but he has the IDEAL job... i thought only us freelance artists got do that kinda thing ;)

That's pretty fucking great.

Heh, as much as I rant like a 6 year old on here, I'd love to spend one of these summers on the road where I catch a bunch of shows like that.

I would fear the amount of threads you'd make if you did that.

It's not like I could make any more than I did last summer. :lol

(Note: being bored at work makes it way too easy to make an ass out of yourself on a consistant basis.)

The question is, would he be more negative or more postive with more shows? :ponder

"...In the retail training department, e-learning specialist Mark Wells was spending his days bombing around the country following rocker Dave Matthews."He's a trainer. They can make an okay living. Certainly nothing to scoff at. :)

i dunno, i'm pretty sure i'd be sick of the band if i saw them that many times in one year, but that work schedule sure does sound nice.
