Standing back, don't you think that common ground is greater than all of this between you there and myself?

I love that line. I love that song.

I was like "how the hell don't I recognize those lyrics?" Then I googled dmbalmanac for that first line to see where it was from.

Then I realized why I didn't recognize it.

Not really. I mean, all I hate is the extended intro and the overly extended outro. The inbetween is awesome.

bsan83
12-03-2006, 10:30 PM
Depends. I think the Bonus Disc one (I believe it's 9.4) has one of the best jams in the outro, and I think an early tour version like 7.6 (which I can put up if you'd like) has a cooler and more varied vocal delivery.

nevermind......i read the 2nd part of the quote wrong.....sorry. I don't get comparing HA to SW though. HA is a fast, pumped song and SW is a slow, jamming song.

Marjorie
12-06-2006, 10:22 PM
wait, we can go over and over the technacality of this, but to ME, HA is an '04 song and NOT a stupid SU song, even though it was on the album. It sounds nothing like the SU songs and its 10 times better than a SU song, so you comparing it live to SW and using SU does not apply.

I can see your point; the stuff written for SU specifically isn't good compared to the 04 songs (recorded or not) although I really like what ABI turned into. Actually to meet your very strict criteria- I'd rather hear ABI live than sugar will.. but does that count since it changed since the album was released.. hmmm
