I'm guessing no... But I have no clue, it might. I've had to add art to mine after importing to iTunes, but they weren't initially ripped with iTunes.

Adding art is easy. Just find the art you're looking for online.. select all of the tracks in itunes for that album, right click and pick get info... then drag the art to to box that says artwork.. then hit okay.

it only adds the cover automatically if it's on the music store. Otherwise you have to add it yourself. just do a google image search of the album name or go to allmusic.

Not really, I just use a fairly decent sized one... say 300x300ish or so. Any size will work. Just don't use a postage stamp sized one.

All cover art here, sized appropriately. I find 500x500 is a fine size, although some of the art there is in even higher resolution.
