Lots of stuff. I know this isn't really about dmb playing, but sometimes since they're both in drop d I'll play Goodbye Blue Sky from pink floyd into a little jam and then into bartender. And I'll always pull out the electric and play some hendrix, and to many others to name.

I play a lot of segues from non-DMB into DMB actually. So :upyours on that segue...cool :)

Here's a couple from me that I've done:

Birdsong (Grateful Dead) -> Minarets

The Loved (Paul Weller) -> Typical

Jimi Thing -> Chalkdust Torture -> Jimi Thing

Melissa -> The Maker

That's it, Sir.

I'm a true amature so I have a small selection to draw from at this point.
I play a lot of my own stuff.

America by Simon and Garfunkel is fun to play. Been trying to play some Grateful Dead, but it's kind of hard with just one guitar (songs like St. Stephen, Sugar Magnolia, I even tried Estimated Prophet). All kinds of stuff from Trey (Drifting) to the Beatles to David Gray. Lots of classic rock.

I do Birdsong and sometimes Eyes when I'm playing a gig. But I usually have a 2nd guitar with them.

Good GD songs with just one guitar are the simple ones like Friend of the Devil, Ripple, Uncle John's Band, etc. Estimated is a little tougher. I'm actually working on a solo acoustic arrangement of Terrapin :D

I play those too. Touch of Grey isn't bad with one guitar. Others i've tried are Bertha, Samson and Delilah, Franklin's Tower, Brown Eyed Woman, Eyes, Playin' in the Band, Scarlet Begonias, Ramble on Rose, and Tennessee Jed. When you finish the Terrapin arrangement, if you don't mind, could you post that? I'd be interested.

It's tabled at the moment, but I'm going to get back to it in the coming weeks :upyours

What songs do you play, or would you play solo acoustic? All I know is Listen to the Music, I listen to them a lot but I haven't really tried learning any other stuff, just looking for some suggestions

Me and my friend have done an acoustic arrangement of Linus And Lucy. I play some Dead, some Allman Bros, some Doobie Bros and some John Denver. Easy and fun.

Mike Doughty/Soul Coughing, Wilco, there's not much. It has been a while since I have played any DMB, but I just don't know what to learn non-DMB.

Guyute, what are the three intro chords you play for Eyes? I know the first one is an Emaj7 (x7989x), but what are the other two? Or do you play the Emaj7 a different way?

I play a lot of The Band, it's fun to arrange those songs acoustically, Wilco, I know virtually the entire solo Doughty catalog and most of the SC stuff he's done solo. I mix in some beatles and other favorites from that era.
