Hey guys...

So I play some mandolin, and have started an acoustic project that does a ton of covers. One thing we play is Two Step, with me on Cajon...but during the first part, I would like to strum the rhythm guitar part on the mando if at all possible. Can anyone tell me what the chords are (rather than just the tab, since I can't read guitar tab at all), so that I can figure out what to play there?

Thanks!

I realize this is an old post...are you still looking for this? And what, you're just looking for the chords in the intro to Two Step?

I can look up what the chords are in my Crash songbook later when I get a chance, but for now, here are the notes in the triads/chords (I think):
D-F-F
C-E-E
G-Bb-bb

During the very beginning of the intro, Boyd just strums his violin all open so I start out playing that on Mandolin which translates to exactly the same shape:
E|--0-------------------|
A|--0-------------------|
D|--0-------------------|
G|--0-------------------|

Then when the progression starts I play these three chords:
E|--0---0---0-------------|
A|--0---0---0-------------|
D|--3---2---0-------------|
G|--5---5---0-------------|

I think this is pretty close to what Boyd does, and it sounds pretty good.
