Hello everyone.

Iīve been a member of these boards for a long time, and Iīve never had the chance to give something back to all you guys.
Given the fact that the albums of DMBlive do not come with any art, only the small picture on the site, I created, based on that art, a custom cd cover and cd back for the Benaroya show.
Is basically the same art they used, but applied in order for you to be able to put it in a cd case, with your entire collection.
I donīt know if this cause any trouble to the moderators, thatīs why Iīm only posting Benaroya. If thereīs not any trouble, I will upload the rest.
I hope you enjoy these.

These are high quality PDF files. Print them on A4 paper.

All files can be downloaded here

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/178027/dmblive%20cover%20project%20-%20v.8.10.2009.zip

Cd stomps and complete The Bayou covers coming this week.

Thanks. I will post the rest of them. I´m working on the China Club cover now, and if I don´t get in trouble with the moderators, then I will upload all of the releases.

DMBLive should be using these as well... good job.

i see no problem with them... would you be opposed to me moving this thread to the DMBLive Discussion sub-forum? that way it won't get lost.

Very nice job, but I hate to be that guy, but the encore starts with "I'll Back You Up". It's a 5 song encore. But I really appreciate you doing this for us :)

These are sharp. You got the logo nice and crisp. That's the one problem I've had on my fake covers.

One other minor thing, no matter how many times you see it listed anywhere else on any other pages, the song "Funny How Time Slips Away" has no "Ain't It" in front of it. But I swear that's no knock. I really like these.

edit: you have numbers in the date flipped. 10/22/04 is listed instead of 10/24/02.

Thanks for the heads up. I will fix those issues and repost the cover.

Please feel free to move this thread to the proper forum.

Thanks.

dmbchile... are you planning on doing all future releases as well?

dmbchile
01-08-2009, 05:54 PM
Nick.

Of course I am. I have to do the final 4 that are currently on sale, and then, as soon as they release a new one, I will make the cover.

I will find a permanent host for the files as well, since Mediafire erases them after a while.

Enjoy.

EDIT: When printing these what should I set the page scaling at?

I havenīt print any of these, BUT, I used the presets available at www.discmakers.com, so you donīt need to scale it. Just make sure to print it on A4 paper.

Please let me know if you have any issues.

Does the Blue Note cover need to be re-sized?

Are you sure you downloaded the PDF file?. The Jpegs are just for sample. The PDF are Press Quality.

Remember to use A4 size paper.

I'm thinking about grabbing the rest of these and wondering if anyone is putting these on a CD and making cover art labels or most of you just keeping it in your iTunes?
