As expected, confirmed at the $85 upper reserved level for the only show I requested, Bethel.

So I 100% opted out for lawns for SPAC n1 and got lawns. Has anyone else ever experienced this before? I’m pretty mad.

Hopefully youíll be able to get a hold of someone to at least get a refund. Iíve never had that happen, but Iíve been screenshotting my requests (prior to confirmations) for years now because I thought it was possible. Good luck!

I requested pit N1 and lowers N2 for Alpine. I got uppers N1 and lowers N2. (N2 was my priority show.)

Yup, I always screenshot after hearing these types of stories over the years. Pretty sure you are SOOL without proof, unfortunately.

Happened to me a few yrs back.
I sent them screen shots and they responded that I must have went and changed my request after originally placing it.
I kept up the fight and they finally said that I could have the ticket cost credit back but not the fees.
I told them to forget it and sold them on the boards to break even instead of the loss

Confirmed pit for a Bristow order and uppers from a friend. (Will be looking to trade/sell the uppers Bristow for 2 more pits so I can tape and have my fam together)
Confirmed lowers for Toronto and pit from a friend
Declined both spac on both accounts
