I consider myself lucky I started listening to DMB casually when someone asked me to get LWS for them. I liked the Everyday album and never really knew the backstory until I started hitting shows when Busted Stuff came out.

I still enjoy almost every song on Everyday.

In my mind, the SNL performances were so hollow, they quickly just got a guy for the TRL that could help.

They just needed someone for two songs, hiring a session guy seems the more logical call.

Butch wasn't with them at every show yet, and wasn't on the recording. He wasn't even at Scott Stadium. Totally natural for him to not have been there. They have bands bigger than 5 people on SNL and TRL.

Warehouse may be my favourite song from UTTAD. It's production is cavernous.

I still hear "programmed" instead of "hoping" in the beginning though.
