Damn Canadians!
Wha?

"For the Dave Matthews Band the recipe is simple: a charismatic leader whose alchemy with the rest of the group is incontestable, plus onstage performances worthy of the greats. A blend of rock, jazz, funk and world music, the band from Charlottesville, Virginia, has sold more than 30 million albums since the mid-1990s. Colourful, summery pop, with a melodic, unifying sound, determined to stray from the beaten path. Musical acrobatics by a band at the top of its game."

Instant tickets for the entire tour are up. Scored PIT for Hollywood Bowl. Why do I even bother with the lottery anymore?

it's just like using ticketmaster!

Grabbed some instants - I thought we'd get seat assignments for those immediately? It's been a while since I've done this.

Damn, I had a meeting at work and missed out on this. I usually do though, so no big deal.

Seemed if you got in immediately no issues then they got slammed and it was impossible.

Dumb to put them all up at once.

I actually liked that. There was no guessing game as to when the ones you wanted would actually pop up.

I liked it too because it keeps the hoarders down a little as it is harder for them t get on and score multi shows.
It would have crashed anyways I'm sure

I don't think I've ever successfully gotten instant tickets in all these years.

There are still a ton of Instant Tickets up for a lot of shows... this isn't normally the case, is it? I remember Instants sold out (minus lawn) the day they went up back in the day.

They restocked a bunch after the payment people flaked out and theirs became available.
Many people who looked and only saw lawn before prob don't know there are reserved up again

Ah, that makes sense. I pulled "lowers" for all my shows using instants this time around. Hopefully the seats are actually good and not just in the corners

Gorge first-timer question.

Best place to stay? Was talking to someone in another thread another this awhile back and they said there was a town about 45 minutes away and it was a really pretty drive but they couldn't remember the name of it.
