I just checked the Wayback Machine, and it's been there since at least 2005 (oldest archived version of the 1999 page).

That setlist was definitely known back then. It was on the DMB setlists page right after it happened, which is how anyone got it.

I was at 2/21/99 and have always liked the Bartender from that show. Lyrically, it's close to what it is today, but not quite. And I've always preferred the more pulsing guitar line from the '99 D&T tour to the one Dave plays today. Top-notch Davespeak at that show too.

Thanks guys I don't know why I never noticed it before. The night show is still one of my favorites from that tour. Great recording, good show. Top 3 Little Thing IMO
