Hope it's less cold and rainy as last year. That was miserable and I think really took away from my experience.

I was so happy to be in the pavilion last year. My friend said that the lawn was pretty rough during that rainstorm.

I'd imagine I would've had a better time last year if the weather was nicer and traffic was a bit easier to navigate (took 78 out to 278 and picked up the GSP....which, merging onto that was a disaster that had me stressed out). Also doesn't help that this show is a Tuesday. If I lived a little closer, though, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Never sat on the lawn there, but it looks like a pretty open view.

Yeah, the roof seems higher than most pavilions, and the lawn doesn't strike me as all that big, as well.

so tempting. 2.5 hrs away on a week day might doom this for me. Damn you DMB for cutting the 3 venues closest to me.

It really isn't a bad ride....the [Only registered users can see links.] part killed me though, the traffic was horrible.

The PNC drive is pretty straightforward. I've seen worse (Bethel).

Last years show was great at PNC. Looking forward to it again this year. Lucked out having the one close show being on a weeknight and the further show being on weekends. 20 minutes from my house

same here. PNC 45 minutes away from my house mid-week. SPAC on a weekend. Perfect.

Jeff Tweedy solo in DC the same night. Not quite Solomon's choice.

Not the best, not awful. I'm in section 302 and was there last year. It's definitely not a bad spot by any means. 400s you want to stay away from though

Thank you for the advice. Yea, I was in section 204 last year and the seats were pretty amazing. I'm sure these seats are fine. I think we'll get another great show this year again.
