Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is located in the northern, upper-class suburb of Houston, TX called The Woodlands (a number of famous country music stars have homes here) and is the summer home for the Houston Symphony Orchestra. This venue gets so hot in the summer that it has ceiling fans above the reserved seats to help cool the spectators.

I’m starting to get sick of Crush, so open with it. That would be a surprising opener. I Can’t even tell you the last time they opened with Crush full band. 2015 maybe? Just changing these song slots can make a difference. Hopefully they can start doing some of that this tour.

I saw Crush open back in 2002, that was a fun start to a show. I'd also take Shotgun at every show, I absolutely love that riff.

Crush would be an awesome opener. Even when D+T opened with it at Mann Ď17 it just set the mood perfectly. Great song that even the most casual fan knows and can sing along to.
