Had a couple other July 2004 shows on my wish list, but this looks like a solid show. Will pick it up, I'm a fan of this time period.

Eh. I love 2004, but this wouldn't be my first pick.

The thing I don't like is that this release seems to have every overplayed 2004 tune. When I think of 2004, I always think of the four new songs, Too Much, Everyday, and One Sweet World. DDTW, Warehouse, Crush, DIDO and WTWE were also really common. Not bad songs, but just too standard a set for 2004 even with Captain in there. Something like 6/27/04 or 7/2/04 would've been more interesting.
EDIT: looking at the tour stats now, it seems like the majority of songs played were played many times. And they only played about 50 songs all tour. I guess this is why I don't love this tour in general. The shows all run together, without a lot of variation.

Is this live release 99 or 98?

I was there. Great show. Great times. I figured they would release the Tampa 04 show. Sugar Will from 2004 was the bomb. I am happy either way!

Been waiting for another 04 release, wouldn't have been my first pick but really happy to see this.

I think of 04 as more of the same. I'll listen to the new songs they debuted on their own. What did they do differently in 04 that we haven't heard in any of their earlier tours that had more varied sets? Sure it's a solid tour. But just not interesting to me.

To those that say 2004 sets were redundant, how does that have any bearing on a live release? Correct me if I'm wrong, but that reasoning would only apply if they released the entire tour. What am I missing here?
