Yes, on the 2003 DMB dvds, I remember seeing lyric sheets taped on the stage for songs like "Last Stop", "Dreaming Tree", etc.

They definitely taped paper with lyrics on the stage, especially in ‘03. Look at the Last Stop vid from the Gorge, Dave doesn’t look up

Yeah lyric sheets were also used for rarer songs in the early 00's.
